The Preferred Loyalty Program is a loyalty program that’s open to private dental practices that operate from one to ten locations. Join now and start earning points for nearly all your purchases from Kerr, DEXIS and Implant Direct by simply registering your office on the Registration Page.


Selecting Your Practice and Dealer Records

When registering, you will be asked to search for your office location and tie it to your loyalty account. During this process make sure to select all results that match your search. Also, if you have multiple practices you can add them all here before moving on to the next step. Each search will likely return numerous results due to the fact that you have purchased from numerous dealers.

Get to Know Your Account

When you are done with your registration, sign into your loyalty account and start by clicking on the My Profile link that appears in the drop down under your office name. Once there, verify the dealers accounts you tied to your loyalty account. If you missed a dealer account, click on Add Another Practice or Dealer Account and search again.

Start Earning in Weeks Ahead

You will receive your first deposit of points for any purchases you made after registration approximately two weeks after joining the program. After that, we make points deposits every weekend for any transactions that occurred the week prior. Keep in mind that some transactions may take longer to post due to longer invoicing practices.

Review Your Transactions in My Account

Once you’re settled in, make sure to visit the My Account section frequently. This is where you can view all recent transactions. As you navigate this section, you’ll notice there is valuable content on this page such as your loyalty status, current point balance, last deposit date and promo code redemption history.

Exclusive Member Offers

Be sure to view the Member Offers section to review all current offers and promotions that are exclusive to members only. You can earn up to 50 percent more on select purchases just for spending time on this page and entering promos. Offers change frequently so check back often.

The Online Rewards Catalog contains many of our most popular products that you can order online using your points. To order, add these items to the online shopping cart and submit your order. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email and your order will arrive in approximately 6-8 weeks. The Online Rewards Catalog also includes Continuing Education Courses and even cash, but your points go further when you redeem them for products.

Then sign back into your loyalty account and head back over to the Add Another Practice or Dealer Account link. Search for your new location or new dealer account and add all results that appear in order to earn points for those purchases. After this process is complete your points tied to this  practice or dealer accounts will backfill to your registration date or 6 months – whichever is shorter.
